6KS.com Review

Hi again my lovelies! I hope all of you had a great weekend. Today I finally got my package from 6KS. I saw Pastelbat's outfit post and I fell in love with the pervert jersey t-shirt she had on in the 5th coordinate. I decided to order it for myself after seeing how cheap it was on the site! You can find it here for $16.99.

Side note: this is not a sponsored review. It was my first time ordering from this site and I just wanted to share my experience with you in case you were also interested in ordering from them.
I have to say I'm quite pleased with the quality of the product. I thought the shirt itself (fabric) would be kind of cheap but it's actually quite nice! I'll have to flip the shirt inside out to wash and hang dry it though because I think the graphics will crack and wash off in the machine ;___;
Okay, on to the review! This might get a little ranty, so I apologize ahead of time if I start to ramble.

I placed my order on September 6th. I went through the whole process online and paid with Paypal. I didn't make an account on the site because they gave me the option to checkout without signing up. I didn't wasn't sure if I would shop there again so I decided to not make an account.

After I checked out, I waited for the confirmation email/receipt. Anyone who has ever ordered anything online knows that most sites pretty much instantly email you this stuff after you've completed the transaction. I got nothing.

I waited an hour and still no confirmation email so I got a bit concerned. I checked my Paypal and it noted the transaction, but I didn't get a receipt from the website. So I decided to email them and ask what was up. At this time I also made an account on their site just to speed things up if they were to ask me for one.
On September 8th I receive a reply from someone named Lena. She apologized for the delay and explained they had a long weekend for the mid-autumn festival. She then asked me to reply with the Paypal transaction ID, and I did.

The next day she emails me back with my order number and told me it takes about 5 days to process an order before they ship it. She said, "Once we ship your package we'll inform you by email" and then asked me to confirm my address (I did immediately).
9 days later, September 17th rolls around and I get fed up waiting for them. I send them another email asking about my order and the shipping status.

I get a response within a few hours stating:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your valued email.Your order is ready,we will ship it today.And you will get your order tracking number within 48 hours.
Fine. Whatever.
Another 5 days later (September 22nd), I'm starting to get kind of pissed LOL. They still haven't emailed me a tracking number, so I email them again.

They reply the next day with:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your valued email.Your package was sent back to us from the courier company.We will reship it tomorrow.Million sorry for this issue.
Are you kidding me? There's a delay/issue with my package and you can't be bothered to tell me? I honestly could care less about the delay, I'm just pissed they decided I didn't need to know about anything. At this point I've been waiting for a tracking number for more than 2 weeks without an explanation and that's just unacceptable.
4 days after this (September 27th), I email them yet again because they still haven't sent me a tracking number or update on my order status. I'm basically fuming over this stupid t-shirt =___=;;

Finally they email me back with a tracking number and a site. Fast forward to today, it is October 20th. It literally took them a month and a half to send me a t-shirt lol. In the end, I'm not unhappy with my purchase but their customer service needs some serious help. I would have basically been left in the dark all this time if I had not taken the time to follow up with them.

Although the overall process was frustrating, I'm not completely put off from ordering off their site again because the product quality is actually not that bad. I probably won't order from them for a while though.
Overall Site Rating: 3.5/5
I hope you guys found this helpful! If you guys had a different experience with this site, let me know! Maybe I just picked to order at a busy time haha~ Catch you later!

[Sponsored] Born Pretty Store - Seamless Natural Criss-Cross False Lash Review

Hi everyone! I hope you're all doing well. Today I'm going to be reviewing some lashes sponsored by Born Pretty Store. You can find them here. Don't forget to use the coupon code CHUH10 for 10% off your purchase on their site!
I apologize ahead of time that these photos are not the best. I tried to use these lashes for a variety of looks but they're much too natural looking for any of the looks I did, in fact they barely showed up in photos. In the end, I just wore them with a little bit of mascara for a very casual and light look.
Design ♥♥♥♥
These lashes are really pretty, I love the criss-cross design and how it wings out on the ends. I wish they were a little thicker though because my natural lashes lack volume.

Comfort ♥♥♥♥
These lashes are very comfortable. I have no problem wearing them for the whole day. The band is thin and quite flexible.

Durability ♥♥♥
I think these lashes are one of the more delicate styles I own. You have to be really careful while curling them because they can get misshapen very easily. Also since the band is so thin, you have to clean them with extra caution or you'll again, misshape them.

Overall Rating
I think these lashes would be great if you're into natural looks. They're especially great if you've already got some killer lashes and just need a little bit of a boost. Personally I prefer more voluminous and dramatic lashes so I didn't like these as much as the other lashes I own, but they're still really nice!
Anyways, I hope you found this review helpful~! Be sure to check out the Born Pretty Store site and use the coupon code CHUH10 for 10% off your purchase. I'll see you again soon~

[Sponsored] Born Pretty Store - Seamless Handmade Bottom False Eyelash Review

Hi again everyone! I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend so far. Today I'm doing a lash review, courtesy of Born Pretty Store. Don't forget you can use the code CHUH10 for 10% off your purchase on the BPS store~!
The lashes I'm reviewing today can be found here. This is what they look like~
Design ♥♥♥♥♥
I love how voluminous these lashes are, but they're also not too long. I know some thicker lashes tend to be a little on the longer side but these are the perfect length!

Comfort ♥♥♥♥
I love the way these lashes apply and stay on. The band is really thin but not flimsy. I can wear these lashes all day and I wouldn't even notice them on because they're so comfy~

Durability ♥♥♥
I don't have a problem with these lashes falling apart at all. They're quite sturdy and have no trouble lasting more than 5 uses. I would be careful not to get glue on the fibers as much as possible though, I find it a bit harder to get glue off these lashes without ruining the shape.

Overall Rating
I love these lashes so so much! I think they're a great everyday gal lash. I would even consider cutting them in half and using them only on the outer corners for a more natural look, but I just love the look they give as a full lash haha.
I hope you guys found this helpful! Don't forget to check out the Born Pretty Store site and use the code CHUH10 for a 10% discount on your purchase. I'll be back with another lash review soon~

✿Sakura Creamy✿ Palty Hairdye Review

Hi everyone! I recently colored my hair since my roots were growing out a lot. I didn't want to go to a salon because money has been tight since I moved out. I decided to go back to the box dyes and just do it myself. I didn't really want any of the colors in the Palty Foam Hairdye line (which I've done a review on, you can see it here and here) so I decided to try the original dye line.
I picked out the color Sakura Creamy. I wanted something less ashy so I figured a warmer color like this would be nice for the summer. I picked these up from a local Pricesmart for about $12-13/box. I needed 4 boxes because my roots were so long and my hair is crazy thick, which surprisingly enough still came up cheaper than if I went to a salon Q__Q (I was quoted something along the lines of $120??? Like whatttt)
Palty color chart~
What the box looks like
Stuff in the box
Here's what my hair looked like before the application
As you can see it's pretty dark. You can barely even see where it's actually colored lol. I don't know why I always wait this long to get my hair done ;^;

Anyways, I applied the dye to my roots and let it sit for about ~45 minutes or so. Then I went over all my hair with the remaining amount of dye and let that sit for ~20 minutes before rinsing everything out. Here are the results!
I was quite surprised at how well the color turned out! As you can see, my hair is much more vibrant and lively than it was in the before pictures. Time for the review!
Coverage/Colour: ♥♥♥♥♥
As always, I am extremely impressed with Palty's color and coverage. It covered my roots flawlessly and revived the color on the rest of my hair.

Packaging: ♥♥♥♥
Gotta love the traditional squeeze bottle that hair dyes come with. Everything was cute, and easy to use. The instructions were in English too!

Price: ♥♥♥♥♥
Super affordable, even though I bought 4 boxes the total was still around ~$50 after tax. If you grab them while they're on sale I think they go for around ~$9-10 a box.

Overall Rating: ♥♥♥♥♥
Love love love this product so much! I think I might even prefer this over the foam line because it's a lot less easier to apply with the squeeze bottle (just shake up the product inside and apply!). The color payoff is gorgeous and it's very affordable. I highly recommend you guys check these out. I know they've been out for a while now but if you haven't tried them yet, you really should~ You can find these dyes at any Asian supermarket such as T&T!
Thank you guys so much for reading! I hope you found this informative and helpful <3 Catch you guys later~

[Sponsored] Born Pretty Store - Highlighting Lip Tint Concealer Eye Stick

Hello my dear readers! I'm so sorry for taking so long to update. I had such a busy two weeks as my school term came to an end. I have been looking for another job and I also went to a convention this past weekend to promote my board game, Sweet Sabotage but I'll talk about that more in a separate post~

Today I'll be reviewing a highlighting lip tint concealer eye stick kindly sponsored by Born Pretty Store. Remember you can still use the coupon code CHUH10 for 10% off your purchase from their website!

Closeup of the product
Swatch on the left side~

Full face with product on my lips.
Excuse my derpy face ;n;
Packaging: ♥♥♥♥♥
I love that this is a twist up stick and not one of those traditional pencil products that require a sharpener. It really makes for an easier time getting the product out. It's also quite small so you can throw it in your purse or pocket and have it with you all day.

Application: ♥♥♥♥
The product itself is very smooth and creamy, however after it is applied it can feel a little greasy. I've only used this as a lip product so I can't comment on how it is as an eye product.

Color: ♥♥♥
The color is very faint and shimmery. I feel like it doesn't really show up too well on my lips, instead it dilutes my natural lip color into a more nudy color.

Overall: ♥♥♥
I'm not in love with this product. I've tried other lip crayons, such as the Revlon ones that perform much better and have a better color payout. I'll try using this as an eye product (perhaps a primer or brightener) and see how things go. I wouldn't recommend this as a lip product though >__<;;
Again I'm really sorry for the delay on this post. I hope you found it informative and helpful. I've got a lot to talk about in my next couple posts so please come back and visit soon! Don't forget you can use the coupon code CHUH10 for 10% off your purchase from the Born Pretty Store site! See you guys soon <3
